  2. To amend or cancel an order, please Contact Us BY 9 AM on the delivery date to ensure we can action your request.
  3. If you cannot log in, visit the Lost Password page, enter the email address you registered with and check your email (including spam/junk folder) for the reset email.
  4. If your email address is not recognised, you will need to Register A New Account – it only takes a moment, click here to begin.
  5. When you have selected your lunch choices and entered your payment details, DO NOT CLOSE YOUR BROWSER until the order submitted screen appears.
